Do you guys know if there is some kind of device that can twist this wire up after its through the eye of the jig head. I've attached a picture of what I'm trying to do. I'm wanting to do this without using a split ring.

Anyone ever have problems with blades getting corroded like the attached picture. These where brand new blades and had them on a spinner bait hanging up and in like two days they looked like this. Gold plated blades too..

Has anyone ever had a problem with the shakee jig head from barrows tackle breaking. It's the one you put the blade in and just clamp it closed.
