  1. talked to Tammy at Lurecraft, says she doesn't remember them carrying having that color, but, they are going to look into making it.After checking into it Bears use to carry brown grape.but, cant find any thing on them.
  2. gentlemen,I appreciate all the help
  3. I am looking to reproduce a color that when you hold it in your hand it's brown, but, when you hold it up to a light it looks purple.I have seen this colorant somewhere just can't remember who carries it.Thanks for any help you all can offer.
  4. does anyone on here have a different address for BTS,than the one he has listed on the web site.
  5. thanks I will give that a try.
  6. Anglinarcher thanks for the reply,I have copied the scent part of powerbait.working on the color blue fleck now.
  7. looking to make berkleys powerbait blue fleck,I can get it close but not like theirs.Any help would be appreciated
  8. Wish I would have checked on here before placing an order with BTS molds.Placed an order back in the first of Feb.,and as everyone else, you can call-no answer the recorder is full-email and never a reply. Finally got a phone number from a company in the same building(hated to do it but asked about BTS and was told they see him daily).I asked if he would deliver my phone number to him as I had a question about my order. Was told the next day ( Feb. 27) that he had given my message to BTS.Now it's March 5, and still no reply.I would not recommend this company to anyone. If I don't receive my molds,it will be a lesson well learnt.Anyone looking for quality molds check out baitmold.com,4 week delivery, but, they are producing great shooting molds and do custom work at a reasonable price.Sorry to bad mouth an American company, but, will never suggest BTS to anyone. It only takes a moment to have someone pick up the phone and call the customer. Thanks for the info on such a poor customer service company, just wished I would have checked on his reputation sooner.
  9. i guessed this was a hard color to duplicate, but really.no one has any idea how to put the glow in the color.
  10. the only problem with the new color formulas is that all the formulas that i have spent countless hours to come up with are no good now.I started with lurecraft and have nothing bad to say about their products.the problem comes from the "new formulas".according to steve at m-f their colors are the same as they have been for alot of years. This may be where bass100's comment comes into play.I will continue to use lurecraft, just that their "new formula"has caused me some problems and with the amount of plastics that i pour,i can't afford to be testing everytime i get a new batch of colorant.this is a hobby not my job,and the people that i have met online are like one big family, and for this us amateurs are thankful. Thanks for the new info.
  11. as for green pumpkin, sorry, that was the first color that was changed.then pumpkinseed.so as you can see the reason i had to find me a different supplier.i really like bears, but there are so many out there that i haven't tried yet.good luck.
  12. MonteSS if you don't mind me asking who did your cnc machining on your molds.
  13. i noticed recently that alot of lurecrafts colors are "new formula" and it doesn't match any of my recipes using the original formula.Tammy who works at lurecraft says if you aren't happy you can return it.i have switched alot of my colors to bears.
  14. gentlemen you have been a great help.now i am trying to duplicate berkleys powerbait motor oil worm color.i can get it close but i just can't get the glow as i call it to work.any help is greatly appreciated.
