Hi guys anyone know where to source quality worm bags 7 x 4 ?? i used to use Bears bait but notice due to ill health unfortunately no orders.

Thanks frank, i watched your vid and am amazed you shoot it that quick, maybe i should be shooting it fast like that. Currently am trying to shoot it as slow as possible. Could you give me a little more info on your vid please ? Plastic temp ? mould temp?. I use a digital probe thermometer to check plastic.

Sorry Frank, its the 639 mould from BT 5" 5 cavity top inject (each cavity has its own port). The reason behind in leaving the injector on is to keep pressure trying to reduce dents

I do heat the mould and injectors on a heat plate prior to shooting there also lubricated, i agree my denting is only due to to much heat however i may have another problem and that is my injector sticks to the sprue so when i lift it clear it tugs the bait , could this lead to dents ? what is the cure ? more heat in the injectors ? I would like to get this bait (5" version) as perfect as i can including all rings so if anyone else has experience in shooting this mould be sure to leave me some advice PMs welcomed.

Hi Guys and Girls, Am a new member to this forum. Ive been hand pouring for a number of years but most recently have been researching on injecting. Ive succumb to the drug that lure making is and bought my first mould and injector kit from BT. I have played around with them now for a couple of weeks but still finding things very difficult. I don't seem to get 100% baits no matter how hard i try. I have incomplete rings on my 639 mould along with some slight denting , although the denting only happens 30% of the time. I have kept a log on plastic temps , mould temps , injector temps, speed , pressure etc and cant find a pattern that works. could it be the mould and not me ? is there anyone out there with experience of this mould ? any hep would be greatly appreciated.
