Does anybody have any idea what company makes lure crafts or janns net crafts plastisol? Or do they make their own?

Well maybe thats what I'm doing wrong then

I made my first soft plastic lures, everything went well till I removed them from the mold And they turned out to be very flimsy and soft. I let the mold set for 15 minutes at a time and that didn't work. I thought maybe I should try some hardener?
