  1. Hi guys, I am getting to the point where I can no longer keep up with doing clear coat by brushing one at a time, I would like to set up a spray system. I am putting out 30 to 50 crankbaits a day and it would be helpful if I could spray them. I have dabbled with dick nite a bit with varying results, not to say its not the answer. I may not be using the proper spray equipment. I am open to any ideas at all that will speed up production from devcon. Any thoughts on car clear coat? Thanks
  2. Has anyone had problems buying from lurelayout.com? took a month for scale screen, now they took my money and no product and wont return emails. I only buy the scale screen material. Is there another place to get the aluminum scale material anyone knows? Thanks guys
  3. Looking for information on spraying epoxy on hardbaits. What kind to use and what equiptment.
  4. I have been making all types of lures and do mostly custom crankbaits. I would like to know how the photo finish baits are made. I have been airbrushing for 25 years and have never looked into it. I cant find much online. Any help?
  5. Completely wrong about the air being cold, it only gets cold if it comes out in liquid form. Its not cold. I work for Airgas. The gas used is non toxic. Facts.
  6. I have been using a CO2 tank for 20 years to spray. It is a 20lb tank. It lasts a very long time and can be used for production. There is no noise and the best part is there is no need for a filter as the air comes out super dry with no condensation. I don't know about saying it ruins the environment, every bar and restaurant uses them. That's a real stretch, one little tank lasts me months. I like it a lot and its better than all the electricity. Less footprint than one can of spray paint. Its just an inert gas, non toxic.
