  1. You gonna LOVE this jig. I got all kinds and shapes of jig molds, but this one became my favorite almost instantly. Good luck with it. Walt
  2. Just to keep this ancient post going, I have a ton of Bruce Benedict's JawTec plastics that I've had in storage for years and have just gotten out, but never had any of his jigs. Lots of Wacky Craws, Wacky Worms, Salt Craws and grubs, but no jigs. Sorry Guys. I do make jigs, but don't know what his jig looked like. Maybe if someone has one left they could post a pic.
  3. I run a piece of .040 wire up from the bottom occasionally to keep the flow going and when it starts to drip I grab the top of the plunger with my pliers and give it a couple of quick twists with slight pressure and go back to pouring.
  4. I use the Do-It WB400 and am having the same problem. I've got some I've had for a year or two and some brand new ones. Both measure .400" from end to end, measured with calipers. Anybody got a length on the ones that work?
  5. Used to have a great friend, guiding on upper Potomac, his name escapes me at the moment(like a lot of things these days), but he tied the best hair jig for smallies I ever saw. Used nothing but bear hair and cropped it off fairly short. Unfortunately he left us several years back and I have been trying to duplicate his jig for years. It works on THE James too. Hey..The memory just clicked....Mr Butch Ward was his name. Great guy!
