    I've seen all those and they do work, but I'm looking to see if I can find what is used as a base on the paints rather than dyes. I want to make my own. Thanks though!

    Anyone here know what type of base is used on tail dips? Looking to make white, and maybe chart tail dips that won't rub off soft plastics.
