  1. I use various size bags from pouryourownworms.com
  2. FYI, I'm sure you all know... but Ross at custombaits is fantastic!!!! great guy and great product!
  3. I had an issue with denting as the baits cooled for a swimbait. I tried worm oil but they came out tacky. The smallest bit of Pam worked wonders. Like, Spray it onto a Q-tip and then go over the cavity of the mold with the Q-tip. Didn't come out tacky and zero dents. I'll say it made me go from hating the stone mold to loving it.
  4. thanks for all the advice. I contacted Ross @ custom bait molds and are working on something custom.
  5. I am looking but have not found it yet. Are they similar to the mighty worm?
  6. Anyone have a link to a 10 to 16 inch flat belly worm or snake mold? I've found big worms but the biggest flat belly is 7.25inches. Something close to the Gambler snake or the Yum mighty worm. I've been searching but cant find anything.
  7. I forgot to post an update. I got it almost perfectly matched. Mostly black grape with a couple drops of blue. Large green, blue and teal flakes with some smaller blue. It's identical.
  8. where did you get this mold from? I've been looking for a snake mold for a while.
  9. So.... I just ordered lurecraft black grape. Lureworks violet and florida grape... Hopefully one of these will give the color I'm looking for. I've figured out the greens and cotton candy which were pretty easy. This has been testing me. Thank you everyone for all the information, it has been a huge help. Are we allowed to post pictures on these threads?
  10. I would like to start by saying that i'm new to this. I've searched the fourm but cant seem to locate the answer i'm looking for, I'm trying to replicate the Yumdinger "junebug" color which when looking at it appears to be a deep blue. However, if you cut a small piece its actually a shade of purple with small blue flakes and larger green flakes. Ive tried MF and Lurecraft june bug and even tried mixing in some blue. But it comes out more of a red wine or too much blue. Has anyone recreated this shade of "junebug"? Should I just try different shades of purple? If this has already been answered, please show me the link. I'm wasting so much plastic trying to get this color correct.
