I've found some, but none that I've seen give any info regarding the numbering

Just noticed this on the back

It's about 5.75" long including the lip. Having a hard time finding info online

I have this lure and was wondering if someone could tell me what the numbering signifies? I'm pretty sure that the '08 is the year, but the 000?
