  1. Hello everyone and thanks for taking the time to see if you can figure this out. I have looked around the web to see if I could find a clear coat that would give the holographic affect that this guy is using. I wouldn't personally use it on every lure I paint but can see uses where this could be a nice effect to add to a lure. I realize that it was sprayed through a comb or stencil to get the lines and such but my biggest question is what paint is he using. It isn't duplicolor prism effect because I have it and it doesn't work, not even a little. They should call it clear with holographic glitter in it because that is what it is. I haven't tried Alclad II holomatic spectral chrome which may be what it is so I can't say either way on it. I also don't think it is spazstix holographic paint either because it looks to be glitter or holographic powder based that is added to a lacquer to spray. If anyone knows please fill me in. I really don't want to spend $22 dollars for 1 ounce of Alclad II and it not be the same effect. I really hope to find it in a lacquer airbrush paint that is ready to spray. Thanks a million guys and I have learned alot by using this website. Thanks again. Josh
