Palmetto It is more recent than those you mentioned and is constructed of plastic. The top bait is plastic also. Not a croaker, most of those are a frog skinned bait, they did make one with a side hooks that were painted!

There is one ending on ebay in the next hour and a half. Item number: 110180656930
They show up from time to time. They were made in the 70's and I think they were made in South Carolina.

Baits from previous post are:
Top Bait: Popeye, Fetchi Lure Co.
Bottom Bait: Top Kick, Miller Lure Co.
The bait below was made in TX during the 50's a known good white bass lure.
For those who have won before need the name and who made it. For all else the name alone.

Here is a hint: This rights to this lure or the company that made them was purchased at some point by Paul Bunyan lure co.

Well worst case I know the name of the bait, but not the maker (I've won previously)

Had to do some digging, and used the P.B. hint...

I'm beaten, I know the name is right but can't find anything else. I'm up for another from KC if everyone else is done.

V-man, Have you gotten a prior lure first? I think all you had to do was get the name.
