reelclose Posted October 29, 2003 Report Share Posted October 29, 2003 : Noticed a fellow fisherman had a very good looking minature(4") top water lure that looked like a downsized Smithwick Devil Horse or Dying Flutter. Typical pencil lure with propellers both ends. I'd like to learn to make this lure. : The paint job looked very professional. On the bottom of the lure it was autographed "Barkley". I've looked at several tackle stores in the Lake Barkley area(Tennessee/KY) with no results. Anyone have information about the maker, I'd appreciate it. Skeeter Posted October 29, 2003 Report Share Posted October 29, 2003 I use to live in Hopkinsville Ky. I fished Barkley and Ky. lakes for 6 yrs. If you have a picture of the lure, maybe I could help or know of someone that could. However, I have never seen that signature on any of the handmade lures from that region.
