Looking for a certain AB color paint

Recommended Posts

I'm looking to find a certain color ab color paint. I've seen it on several lures but I don't know who makes it.

Heres a pic the color it is on the upper shoulder behind the gill of this lure. It looks goldish green. I belive it may be a taxadermy paint.

Is this a polytranspar paint?

Any help would be much appreciated.

I have to agree with Bruce. The PM system is there to be used. Never had a negative word back regarding PM's from anyone. One or two did not reply, but that is OK. I've even had to create a folder to store the back-ups in, won't tell you how many!

It saves a lot of the chit-chat clogging up some of the posts, although I have clogged a few recently myself, I'm doing it again, damn!

Hi Wantsome

I cant tell you which or what specific paint that is but that type of finish can be attained by laying a base coat of metalic followed by a transparent colour, in that case it may be green over silver the depth of colour being governed by the amount of top coat.
