Seal Coat

Recommended Posts

Well, the first time I dipped it, but it ran the paint on a couple of my lures, (lacquer paint) so I thinned some, sprayed a thin coat over the paint, let it dry (24 hrs) and then dipped. No problems. i haven't brushed it yet, but I'm getting a little low in the jar, so I'll be trying that pretty soon. I'm still pretty new to the Dick Nite's, so don't take my word for it. Dean Mclain and a couple of others have helped me quite a bit and I'm sure they would be happy to help. I have tried a lot of clearcoats and Dick's by far is the winner for me IMHO. Just make sure you don't put any used back in the original container or let any drip back in, It will start to cure in the jar. Search a few posts and you should find whatever answers you need from people far more qualified on this subject than me. Good Luck!
