hazmail Posted January 26, 2008 Report Share Posted January 26, 2008 DON"T touch it for about 12 hours - even if it is not tacky you will probably leave fingerprints on it, the oil of your prints sticks to the coat and you will have to polish them off - I know you will be dying to grab hold of, and inspect them - after all your work it's not worth the risk. 24 hours is even better. pete Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Hoodaddy Posted January 26, 2008 Report Share Posted January 26, 2008 When I used Etex I would time it right ( just lucky I guess) and hang mine on the turner and spin all night ( blessed with a silent motor ). I would normally wait until I had at least 10-12 baits before doing this since 12 is the limit on my dryer. That way the next day I would'nt have to worry about tackiness.
