hey i'm new here, took up trying to make lures a couple of months ago. I got most of my info off of fourms like this, as far as paint, weight, and clear coats. i've even caught fish with some of my earliest lures, how cool. i need some good objective critisim , I just finished this lure, and tried it out in the bath tub,(pretty cold here in michigan) it seemed to work pretty good. any advice or coments would be appriciated. i tried to show my girl friend but she just didn't seem to intrested. : :

Looks real good to me. should be a real prize in your tackle box. It's always great to have a lure that no one else has. i hope it lands a trphy for you. My only suggestion is to wait until your girlfriend gets out of the tub next time before you test it.

Welcome to the forums wade,
Thats a good looking lure! Nice paint job. Is that a colorado blade for a diving bill? looks like its got a nice wobble action to it.

The lure looks good...your girlfriend has several points against her already though.

Thanks appreciate the feedback, i did use a colarado blade for the diving bill. to tell you the truth the paint jobe looks better in the picture than it does in real life.
