Just a question for you pros. Has anyone ever used just normal paper instead of tissue paper for your printed finish?

Yes regular paper can be used. The reason alot of people use tissue paper is that it becomes nearly transparent when topcoated. This allows foils wood grains and other details to show through.

crankbait design printed on paper. I still put it on furnance foil. It makes the paper more durable and seems to stretch a bit to form to crankbait.
