Some very interesting concepts there. I would forget about the weights and throw them with a fly rod ;)

they work only on botom,in Europe:)like jig bites.
they are a "revolution method" 5 years ago
the russian are gods of eazy tacklemaking, and "working"lures, trust me:),but you can make a second revolution,
with fly rod.

I second the lead heads in the last pic. They look like a good trolling head with a flat diving surface.

all this stuff is handmade, they make the molds himself,if you looking for some ideas i try to find.
the name of the heads is "CHEBURASKA",they have a cartoon movie with small ?bear? or ?mouse? with big ears, and the form of the lead head is copy the head of this animal:):):)
euro humor,nothing you can do.

Thanks for sharing the site. Here is the link in English
Бородатая страница

Here is a Web Translator that does a pretty good job of converting it to English.

Free Website Translator. Online Website Translation

I tried it out and could understand quite a bit.

Oh well, back in 90 it was the hottest baits in Russia. Walleye's killer, as well as pike. Work in USA and Canada as well (tested). Lead head - below is the link from Do-It:
Do-it Molds: Ear Ball Lure

The best material to make - it's the foam from computers and hardwares packages (white and grey).

Nova,
You work with what you have I guess.
I couldn't buy any brand lures. Nobody sell them at that time in my city. No Internet orders, no catalogs. We were lucky enough to have a friend in Moscow. He bought twisters and others plastics for us (made in China, of course). Now I send the lures and parts to my friend. The fishing stuff is really expensive there.
We did spinners, jigs heads and this " porolon" fish. Even clevices I did by hand. What a pain!!! Below is the samples . The spinner is 14 years old and made in Russia by my fishing partner in 1994. Keep it as a memory of those great time.

I know what it's like to be on a budget and I understand what you are saying. No disrespect was intended.

When I started tying flies at 16 I had to use whatever I could get my hands on. It forces you to be really inventive. Maybe that's why; now 42 years later; I look at everything as potentially a shape or part for a new bait.

I never liked to go shopping. I would know what I wanted and go get it and get out. Now I wander through stores looking at shapes; patterns and even colors. You never know when an idea will hit you.

I´ve seen similar lures with a tail glued onto the sponge thats cut from a dishwashing glove cut like a grubtail swims nice on a very slow retrive

Take that sponge and soak it in fish scent

Anise
Garlic
Crawfish extract

Should be a killer fish attracter.
