Are there any good createx alternatives to use when airbrushing hard baits?
I am struggling to find the paints in my country, South Afica

Lockes - I know how you feel, I live in Australia and it may as well be Antarctica sometimes. I use 'Jo Sonja' and 'Liquitex' artists acrylics mainly, great color and great pigments, thinned with water, or better still 'Windex', through a .2mm tip, no problems.
I also use a bit of 'Tamiya' hobby paint, thinned (20-30%) with methylated spirit - their clears are pretty good too, clean the brush with the same. pete

Can you get Tamiya or Parma Fascolor? The Tamiya is kind of pricy but following Pete's advice, you can make it last a while..... Good Luck

I'm sure there are airbrush artists in South Africa, just gotta find where they buy supplies and do likewise

try lookig at taxidermy sites they have a huge selection of paints.

Pete I assume you are talking acrylic paints? Just did a search and therre is a Tamiya paint seller 5 minutes away
