rjbass 1 Report post Posted June 9, 2008 Thought I would share with everyone a story about The Lake St. Clair Musky opener....first time Musky fisherman Bob Laponder caught a 51" Musky on one of Woodieb8's Blacksucker baits....He is totally hooked on Musky fishing now and totally hooked on Woodie baits....Way to go Woodieb8. woodieb8 173 Report post Posted June 9, 2008 thanks guys. actually the bite was slow. waters cold. that bait caught a 53 1/4 last year and won the can-am. maybe they should retire it.. like i said before its humbling cause theres so much talent on this site, and great bait makers.
