I'm new to this site some maybe I'm asking the wrong question here.
I'm looking for a bait painter from a production standpoint. Currently I'm looking to produce an injection mold for a musky jerkbait. Although I have all the engineering skills and contacts I need to complete the project Iím left with one problem and it seems to be the largest hurdle to get over...I need a painter.
Any suggestions??? Anyone looking to take their skills outside of a hobby?
If this is the wrong place to ask this question my apologies but I'm starting to get desperate.

When you say production painter how many per week or month are you talking? I assume you are wanting them hand painted....Oscar

To guess I'm looking at a couple hundred per month. Right now I would be happy with an air brush artist. After reviewing the hand painted baits on here in the gallery I would require the realism that so many have.
A half dozen simplistic patterns would suffice.
