can anyone here make those flies that look like mice? i was told its spun deer hair and then shaved? i saw a bass buzzbait with one tied on instead of a skirt but i cant find it any more? something similar to this about 3inches long on a buzz bait?

I assume the buzzbait you are refering to is "Buzz" the Mouse. That is my design and yes it is spun deer hair; a combination of lower body and upper body hair.
That bait took me 3 years to get it to the stage you see and it takes a fair amount of time to make. www.novalures.com #4

I made this one a few years ago with spun deer hair, some wire for the legs, small chenille, rabbit strips for back legs and tail, and some innovation...
