Hand painted glass eyes

I would like to paint the eyes on my lures. I saw photograph on
Ebay and it called that "Hand painted glass eyes". Could you give me
information on the ways of painting the eyes of this ways

if you would provide us with a link to those eyes maybe we'll figure it out what you are talking about. I've tried to search ebay.com for your text in commas and didn't find something relevant. THX

You can buy unpainted glass eyes in hundreds of sizes with just the black pupil from any Taxidermy supply. You simply turn the eye over and paint the back whatever you want. Possibilities are endless. Try Van Dyke's....Here is an example of some I have done in the past....

You can buy rhinestones at craft stores in many sizes. I have used ruby and just dot the center with black paint using a finish nail. They really look good after the finish is put on.

nice finish and lure along with the photo to show it off.

I am always curious what kind of camera and setting people use to get the quality photos. Mind sharing?

Also which final coat finish did you use? PM me if you don't want this to errupt into a topcoat thread.
