If I were you, I'd ask my wife to show me how to achieve some of the 3d effects she does, like how to get depth with shading.
When you air brush, you need those skills, or you paint jobs will still be two dimensional, like mine.
My youngest daughter can do that stuff, too, and I've asked her to help me, but she's too busy with school and soccer. Drat!

I think you may be amazed, as good as these look, if you covered the bluegill etc with a good thick coat of D2T or whatever you use, all those suttle colour variations would jump into life and add another dimension.pete
