Now were is the line tie ? Behind top/center hook ?

yes, the line tie is anchored into the bait and the center hook is attached to it with a split ring.

how is the top hook seated??

hard to see in the picture, there is a eye for the line tie anchored into the body of the bait right in front of the first joint. the hook is attached with a split ring and held in position with a small magnet embedded into the front of the thorax.
