Anybody have any info On building these, I'm going to try a larger version for muskie fishing. The lips I have are big do I want the back of the bug to sit low if so wheres a starting point to add weigh to the rear?

SOLID BODY or JOINTED? either way you need the rear to be heavier to bring the nose up.If its a jointed lure . don't weight the jointed tip.Just add it to the rear of the main body. On most jitterbugs > a heavy leader alone can take out the action. Thats why I only use mono line and I loose alot. The jitterbug must have the front action.Using a jointed tail gives added action and weight.
