My phone was lying on the bench as I finished a session yesterday and I got a wild idea. I kept it simple because I use it in business settings and others will see it from time to time. Didn't want to get too crazy with it. :)I cleared it with automotive clear. Probably going to clear it with Krylon Glaze later today.

Great Job! You have inspired me! I have a blue phone now that is looking a little tattered. If you do not mind sharing what was the mesh from?, it is a cool pattern.

Maybe Samsung will give you a job designing their new skins.

Farfingers, could be the start of a new career!
On a similar note, I was bored with my old thumb drive, so jazzed it up a bit.

Mr. fingers, that phone is simply amazing looking. There is still the qustion though. What mesh is used to get those scales, if you don't mind me asking. I think I might go paint my kids Barbie Corvette now. Keep up the those fine painting skills.
Vodka, did you get your finger @ Wendy's to?

CA, it is a latex splash of my thumb, in which I poured polyester resin (fibreglass resin).

I cleaned out my father's basement about 2 months ago after if flooded when his sump pump failed. I found the netting material in a box of stuff. I wish I knew where it came from. I like it and have used it for a few baits here and there.
I cleared my cell phone last night. The colors really lit up. I'll try to grab a few photos later and post them.
I think I'm going to do my laptop next.

Fatfingers, I too am always running out of supplies or cleaning stuff up around the garage & find the most amazing things to encorporate it into my lure assembly line. It's definitely part of the addiction. Make sure to post the clear coar pics.
Vodka, That thumb is way to realistic. If you can make prosthetics limbs look like that, I'd love to see what you could do w/ a lure. Can you post some pics for me?
