Whenever i seal any of my painted lure bodis, it seems like i have a huge battle with keeping the rings free of the e-tex. how can i keep them from not getting blocked?

(the litle metal rings attached to the bodies for the slplit rings)

I don't try to, in fact I want the epoxy to seal around the hangers and line tie. No worries, just zip it out with a small drill bit chucked in a Dremel tool.

I use a drill bit on the hook hangers, and a piece of sst wire in the line tie, if I'm not planning to use a split ring, and don't want to risk raising a burr with a drill bit.
