What is the best glue to use on weed guards. I poured some football jigs with the pins in because I thought they would powderpaint better.

They for sure do powder paint better. I take the pins out, paint them, then redrill the holes. Some guys paint with the pins still in.
As for glue, I use Loctite super glue gel. I get it in the plastic bottle that has the squeeze sides. It lasts for months without drying out when not in use. It is easy to apply and I have never had a weedguard come out. #3

Welcome to TU and enjoy the madness. You would get more replies if you would post your lead jig and spinnerbait questions in the "Wire Bait Forum". Many guys don't venture outside of their familiar forum. I use the same thing as Jig Man Loctite Gel Super Glue.  :yay:
