Ordering from WASCO

couple days ago (monday i think) i ordered 13 bottles of paint from WASCO (www.taxidermy.com).

I used their online orderform thing. once i hit submit, i never got any kind of order confirmation, and i still haven't recieved an email from them. they didn't even display the total cost of my order or anything!

so i guess the order got through and has been processed and shipped by now?

anybody else order from them? how were your experiences?

how do you suggest i check with them? its not like i have any kind of order number or anything.

i guess i could call customer service and tell them what i ordered and ask if it was processed?

my dad just checked his credit card account and saw that the transaction was just posted today.

talk about crappy service! i thought WASCO was supposed to be reliable :angry:

they also charged me 12 bucks for shipping! i think this is ridiculous..... won't be dealing with them anymore.

I ordered from them a couple of times, no problem. If you order solvent based products, it has to be shipped UPS at higher cost. I don't know another source for some of the brands they sell, so will probably order from them again!

Sorry to hear you've had a problem but I've been buying my paint from them for about 5yrs and they have the best customer service. Pick up the phone and give them a call, they bend over backwards to make sure things get done right. Couple of times they've sent the wrong color paint but after a phone call I get the right bottle of paint and get the screw up for free.

I've had no problems with them. Give them a call, and a chance to fix whatever problem you're having. Any company is interested in repeat business, so they really care about problems to develop remedies, not pissed off former customers.

if i order from them again i will definitley be calling my order in, not messing around with this vague online order form. it doesn't even show a subtotal or total or shipping cost or anything!
