BobP Posted December 2, 2009 Report Share Posted December 2, 2009 I use 1/16" thick for bass baits. Lexan does flex a bit so if I want thinner stuff, I go with more rigid 1/32" circuit board. For bass 1/16 is what the majority of bait makers use including myself. I would be a little careful with anything less in lexan. Circuit board at 1/32 works well for bass.
