Wondering if someone could advise me on the density/tension that is comparable to the weed guards on the eakin's finesse jig. I've seen several types but I've never ordered any . I use either a medium or heavy FG-30 from Barlows I tried Netcrafts heavy but it feels too soft and it hung up in brush pretty bad. I have been making jigs for years and have many jig molds including a custom eakins copied from the eakins 5/16 7/16 and 7/16 eakins flipping jig head with the longer grub shank Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
