I want to make some custom lips for some musky crankbaits. From what I have read cutting them from lexan sheets might be the way to go. But where is the easiest place to get them?
Are their any other materials that my be better? I will be cutting them using a scroll saw or a band saw.

Lexan is GE's trade name for polycarbonate, which is now made my many different manufacturers. You can often find it at home centers or places that sell window glazing. You can also order polycarbonate sheets in various thicknesses online from McMaster-Carr. Lexan is one of the very best lip materials.
