swimjig50
I have a buddy of mine who ordered some DN a while back. And he said when he used it on a few lures, that when they dried it was'nt clear. Just starting out and wondering what the best clearcoat option is. He said D2T. What's your opinions. Thanks for your help.
BobP
Did he use Dick Nite moisture cured polyurethane topcoat? I've heard of storage problems or wrinkling problems with Dick Nite (which are preventable and have been discussed ad nauseum here on TU) but I've never heard a complaint about the clarity of the topcoat. I'm certainly not knocking Devcon - I use it regularly along with DN and it's my "go-to" topcoat for some baits. But better clarity? Nope.
