Does anyone make cast aluminum molds or know of a company that does? I'm looking to have some saltwater swimbait heads and a few other things that require two piece molds but I was thinking it may be a little more reasonable to do cast aluminum over cnc. Thanks Andy

I just started using crazyanglertackle.com for ultra-lite jigs – sizes no one else would do.

Been extremely happy with the product (2 double sided molds so far) and the turn around is awesome. He does use Do-it blanks – having some Do-it modifications done also.

The molds are machined (to my specs). Can’t quote prices – not sure if he has them posted on his web site…

There are some other mold makers out there that do cast molds using composites (don’t think it was vulcanized rubber) – can’t remember the company.

Not sure if this helps too much but I did find a company who makes custom jig molds. There link is http://www.hitechlur...http://www.hitechluremolds.com/index.html I have never used them but do plan on using them.
