dlaery
I bought some Mold Max 60 RTV and like the durometer of this stuff, but, is there anything that can be bought locally to thin this stuff with? I can order some RTV thinner from Smooth-On but was wondering if anyone had had good results with anything else. This stuff is soooo thick and hard to pour. Thanks,

Thanks, If you pour it carefully in a thin stream, it will capture details w/o thinning, BUT you can add a bit of mineral spirits to thin it. Try a small test batch, first

Husky
Hey THanks Husky. This stuff won't pour. I may try the mineral spirits. Thanks, I had an old batch of silicone which took the consistency of Peanut Butter. The Mineral spirits made it pourable, Add a bit at a time, working it in, until you get the right, honey like, consistency. FWIW, the 60 RTV should have been pourable. It might have been a bad batch.
