Ogajiga Posted January 22, 2011 Report Share Posted January 22, 2011 My blue handle version generally ladle pours OK with soft lead. The gates are large and the thick collars fill OK. yellowdawg Posted January 26, 2011 Report Share Posted January 26, 2011 Cadman I've got that mold poured well over 5000 heads in it from a lee production pot. no problems at all only a few small voids around the collar maybe 1 or 2 every 100 or so. best bucktail head around in my opinion. Thanks for sharing thanks man. I tie around 3000 a year. Not bad once i get on a roll. I prefer to paint over tie though. I need to take some pics of some 2oz. I just finished. The paint jod is not fancy but it works. would love to be able to create some 2 color or 3 color heads. I just don't have time to do that. Maybe someday.
