I tried Creatix acrylic but it just rolled right off after drying. Any help is greatly appreciated. milrtyme24 Posted September 7, 2011 Report Share Posted September 7, 2011 Ive been trying a simple solution to this for 3 months now and not had very much luck. The lurecraft paint works good but its extremely flammable and stinks to high heaven. Other paints Ive tried ive not had much success with so I wish You luck. Other paints will work but you have to handle them carefully and then dip the bait in clear plastic. The lurecraft paint in my opinion is good but hard as heck to clean out of you airbrush. I think some guys on here have multiple airbrushes set up and paint many at a time. I plan on going this route as soon as I get the funds to buy more airbrushes. Anglinarcher Posted December 7, 2011 Report Share Posted December 7, 2011 I think the key here is that nothing will stick to the plastic, it must bond to the plastic. That bonding just be either a chemical reaction or a melting. In either case, it will probably require a mask to keep you healthy and safe.
