[Braided Line]

Going over the Gallery Pic`s I find quite often the pic`s submitted are bad.
To dark, no back ground to hi-light the work, bad angles, etc. Not all mind you but enough to make you wonder. How can you make a comment good or bad
when you start off with a poor pic ?
The guys who post, have spent a lot of time and effort on their creations
only to present them in such a way that leaves the looking party wondering,
wish I could see that puppy and give that guy his dues.
Some posters go to great lengths in setting up their lure for a pic and it shows. While others just seem to post a pic reguardless of the above mentioned problems. Then, maybe wonder, why they don`t get any comments.
There is some great work (building and paint jobs) done by the guys on this forum but it`s unfortunate that some don`t take the time to present their work with a good,clean pic. It` all in the pic guys.
My comments are not ment to offend anyone. Just to point out a problem

I agree with you. After putting so much effort into the creation and amazing livery and finish, it seems a shame to present your pride and joy in such a mediocre fashion. True, photography is not a hobby for most builders, but there are plenty of threads on the subject to read and gain the basic knowledge on how to dramatically improve the presentation. Just like when you are out there fishing, presentation is everything.

I also agree that no one should be offended. Maybe we need more photographic discussion threads.

So far, my presentation is not my problem, but, I keep pluggin' (pun intended) along.
