I know in most states they are legal when used with three of the lures rigged with hooks and the other two as attractors
but would it be legal if it was made as one big five pronged treble hook with the gap about the size of a 3/0 hook that would eliminate the seperate line ties and make it one hook instead of five seperate hooks rigged on a spreader?
.I know there would be some drawbacks to doing this like leverage and the whole rig might spin a bit but those bugs can be worked out using a keel wieght to get rid of twist and maybe some seven strand to get rid of the leverage issue
