Anyone have a mold they use for large inline bodies? I don't have a drill press or a milling machine. I am looking for bodies larger and with larger wire holes than the do-it mold has. Anyone using a different mold, or made your own?

Are you talking 2-3-4 oz . If so you can use an inline sinker mold by putting a groove in it so you can lay a pull wire in the mold . Of course it is going to have the weight on the side of the body .

I like the in-line lure bodies now. I just want one with larger weights and larger holes for larger wire. 3/8 oz is the largest in that and I know guys make muskie spinners and they have to be useful in the salt, maybe. Just looking for any options anyone might have done 1/2 oz and above, but doubt I need over 1-1/2 oz.

I think 3 or 4 egg sinkers would do what you want. For salt water I would use that 1/16 welding wire. I put propellers on it and use it in front of a 1/4 inch stainless tube full of lead. works great for wahoo and jacks. You could paint the sinkers different colors and get a nice look.

The Do it bottom bouncer mold can be modified for that use I have used them in the past. But I would recomend using a mold that has a buit in keel to minimize line twist on big double bladed spinners
