Ok guys and girls , I have checked the search engine on here about the G Finish for Bomber Crankbaits , nothing came up . Maybe I typed it wrong ...lol
If anyone could lead me in the right direction of painting the bait and the bills in the g finish , that would be great .

I've never seen a reference to the "G Finish" here on TU. All I got was a bunch of Ebay Long A's with G Finish when Googled. Is this a glow or pearlescent paint?

Not sure if it is a glow or a pearlescent color.... I am hoping to get a starting point . We are going to take our first crack at it tomorrow morning .
Thanks in advance for any help .

Bob, I haven't seen a G-finish in a long time. I could be wrong but if memory serves me right, it was kind of a prismatic finish with several different and subtle color hues/shifts as you turned or rotated the lure.
vabassen02, Good luck with this one, I hope you are successful. Would like to see a pic if it works.

I consider myself familiar with PRADCO products, but, I have never heard of a "G Finish" Bomber.

Have never seen a G Finish Bomber either. I have seen quite a few Zara Spooks in what they were calling a G Finish and like John said it was sort of a prizmatic effect. Something like what you see on some of the sticky back lure tapes you see on spoons and spinners.

hi g finish was available in many pradco lures. we used them i long a-25 and other lures riplin red-fin. g finish was prone to shed quickly from pradco lures.once the lures chipped we used an airblower and the rest blew off completly.
even the big boys have paint issues lol

Looked at a new in the box one that I have in my "strategic supply" and the main difference between the "G-finish" and the standard flat Bomber finish is a gloss clearcoat with fine glitter in it.
Bass Pro and Lurenet.com still offer a "G-finish" at least in the "G-Fleck Bengal Tiger" pattern.

I'm just ahobby builder, so this may not work for you.
You can add really fine soft plastic glitter like hilite powder to cheap clear nail polish, or just buy some cheap polish that's clear with glitter already in it.
That make a hard and waterproof glitter coating, either way.
