Laminating Craw Chunks

hey guys im looking to laminate my chunk claws as well as tips in my zoom style chunks but cant seem to get them to adhear properly. They seem to be week where the joint is and they pull appart. any tips would be awesome thanks

Is this a one part mold? I have always had to work fast on 1 part molds because if it sets up any they won't stick.

yes they are. Can i heat my molds to keep the plastic from setting?

If you heat them too much it will take a long time for the plastisol to set.

I use a micro and heat both colors at the same time. I pour one or two then add the second color. You'll just have to experiment to see what works best for you.

I pour the tip color first then then main color and does well. I can post a pic if you would like...For lams, I have using two molds, I pour the first color in each mold, then the second. Works for me...Im using RTV molds and lee pots...
