"help" Looking For Worm Mold

Anyone recognize this particular style curly tail worm and where I could find a mold for it ??? Thank's for any help

Try Lure Craft. It will be an open pour. I think they have it.

Stricklystripers, does that worm say Striper Sniper on the back of it? If so, it was made here in NC. Let's put it this way, that color looks real familiar to me too.
