how long does it take for the foam to set up when molding a plug? i can't wait very long in a production operation. Are there different types of foam molding techniques that are faster? How does Suddeth make their foam plugs. They look like pressed foam beads. i'm not making any type of minnow plug so i won't horn in on your business.

Not sure about Suddeth lures foams, but smooth-on foams can be demolded 20mins ~ 40mins. They are still alittle soft but you can set them aside to cure while you refill the molds. Featherlite is a decent product for expanding foam-like plastics.
