Coley
I realize it's not important to some, but it is to me. You good photographers out there. How do you take a good picture of a bait, up close without the flash reflecting on the bait?? And keep the photo clear and not grainy?? nova
Coley; Take a piece of kleenex and double it over, then put it over your flash. make sure that it doesn't cover the lens. This will defuse or soften the light from the flash. You may have to play with it until you get what you want.
Big Splash
Nova 's got it...diffuse the flash. Then be sure to use several lights to light the lure up from several angles. These should be soft lights too. A matt background in a well chosen color helps too.
jaybar
You could also take photos outside in natural light. Just take them out of direct sun light in a shaded area to prevent glare. jay
