CNC Molds N Stuff
I am working on a chatter/dancer deriviative design idea, and I got stopped at the blade part. I have no clue what size split rings or duolocks work with them, and I don't want to have to order all the different sizes in order to find out. LOL. Can I get a little guidance there. I am probably looking at the LPO 1231 #1 no bubble in stainless to start with. I've going to be experimenting with other parts of the idea so I want to put together about 100 of them to start. Dink Master
Size 2 Duo Lock Snaps Size 3 Split Rings Read this guide http://www.barlowstackle.com/make-shakee-baits.html
Apdriver
Not sure what your doing Bob but you can also open your hook eye up and attach that blade right to the hook, skipping the split ring. Obviously with the flat eye you can't.
CNC Molds N Stuff
Thanks, Darn it. I gambled and placed an order using #2 split rings Oh, well. On a plus note I think I already have a small bag of #3 split rings. Yeah, opening the hook is possible for some hooks, but I think it would be a problem for the rig I am designing. The #2 should work fine, I tried them while I was waiting on the size 3 rings to arrive with an order I placed and I didn't see any real difference in performance, the 3 was a little easier to work with but the size 2 will work.
