Okie Dokie What Am I Doing Wrong

Recommended Posts

I just tried it using IE, Chrome, and Mozilla and all worked fine.  I'd first try clearing your history, cache, files, etc.  If that doesn't work, maybe try running a virus/spyware scan.  Malwarebytes is a great one and it's free.

You might also want to download/install IE 11 here..........

Any questions and feel free to yell.  :)

Firefox is a great browser. It's pretty much all I use unless I am troubleshooting something.

Glad it worked for you :)

Here's some interesting information on IE crashing.......

I hate to play devil's advocate here, but I know if the problem was mine (one browser working and the other not), I'd be paranoid about it being spyware.  LOL  As mentioned, it could be something simple that Malwarebytes could pick up and remove.  It's a very easy program to use.  Just make sure you use the FREE version.  The pro version is not necessary.  It can be downloaded here.......

Hope this helps.

Errors or malfunctions in IE can also be caused by a corrupt registry. Because IE is so intertwined with the Windows OS, it's more susceptible and prone to errors like these.

Despite all of the advancements that Microsoft has made with IE, it's still an inferior browser. Firefox will run circles around it for just about anything web-related.
