It's not a big deal if it's something I can't live with I will exchange it or remove the slot myself. Basseducer Posted December 4, 2014 Report Share Posted December 4, 2014 I ordered a swimbait mold from Bob and it came with a new type of screw fastener. I tried using it, but it was too slow getting on and off. I sent it back and asked to have it converted to the old screw & wing nut. He fixed it and sent it right back no questions asked. Bassinfool Posted December 4, 2014 Report Share Posted December 4, 2014 Swim ripper mold came with a hook slot that was cut too deep allowing air to go from the second cavity into the first and ruining the first bait. All it took was one email explaining the situation and they replaced it no problem. Awesome customer service from some incredibly kind people.
