nedyarb Posted December 14, 2014 Report Share Posted December 14, 2014 I do. They are pretty simple to make. I buy the smallest rubber grommet that ace hardware carries. I use really small o rings as skirt bands. Put the skirt and o ring on the skirt tool. Then slip it off the tool onto the grommet. I slip a rivot into the center hole of the grommet.
